How do I apply to work at Thesis?
To apply for one of our jobs, please view our vacancies and contact us to ask for a job description and/or send your CV to HR (HR@thesisam.com) with a covering letter to apply for a role
What is the recruitment process?
Our recruitment process varies depending on the type of position we’re recruiting for, but it might include interviews, assessment centres, role plays and testing. To see more information about the types of assessment we use, please visit the page on our assessment process
How long does it take to process my application?
This varies from role to role, however you can rest assured that we respond to every candidate who has been interviewed with an outcome as soon as possible
Why haven’t I been offered an interview?
Unfortunately, we can’t interview everybody who applies, and there might be applicants who have more relevant skills and experience suited to the job description. Please be advised that due to the amount of applications we receive we are unable to offer feedback to our external candidates
What pre-employment screening is required?
If you’re offered a role with us, we will ask you to provide us with a five year reference history which you will be able to do using our external screening company. You will also be expected to provide evidence of exam results and other qualifications, as well as any other claims you make on your CV
If I am offered a job at Thesis, how long is my probationary period?
The standard probationary period is three months, however, this may be extended if you need more time to attain the required skills and experience for the job
Will I get free parking at the office?
Unfortunately not, as there is very limited or no onsite parking at our offices and we need to allow space for our clients to park
Can I do my work experience, internship or work placement with Thesis?
Sorry, but because of the amount of requests we receive, we can’t offer work experience, internships or work placements at the moment
